How to Book
A deposit of 25% off the total booking is required when making a reservation.
This can be paid either over the phone with a credit / debit card, please call 01253 311408 / 07960 618915. You can also pay through PayPal by using the email address sales@blackpool-reservations.com or you can use our secure online booking.
Balance Payment
Full payment is required in cash on arrival, you can pay in full prior to arrival. For parties of 10 or more full payment will be required 14 days prior to arrival.
We accept all major credit cards except American Express. Unfortunately, we no longer accept cheques. All balances due on arrival must be paid in cash. Full balance can be paid prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the leading name will be liable to pay the total cost as per the reservation. Any monies paid to us are non- refundable, whatever the reason for cancellation.
Your card details will be saved in a secure environment until after your departure from which will then be destroyed. If any payments are outstanding upon your departure or due to cancellation, we reserve the right to deduct the amount owing from the credit card details we hold.
Under the provisions of the unfair contract 1977, your attention is drawn to the fact that a contract is now in existence, and in the event of being unable to take up the booking, for any reason, you will be liable for the full balance if the accommodation can-not be re-let. We strongly advise you to make yourself aware of Holiday Insurance as indemnity against charges incurred through cancellation or curtailment.
Deposits are non-refundable nor transferable.
General
On booking your holiday with ourselves you are entering a legally binding contract.
All accommodation is offered subject to the availability at the time of receipt of deposit and at the tariff as stated in your confirmation letter.
Every endeavor is made to ensure you get the hotel you have booked / requested however, in extreme circumstances your choice of hotel may not be available for reasons out of our control. If this does happen we will offer you alternative accommodation in a like for like property.
We have the right to alter our terms/tariff without prior notice.
Meal Times are pre-arranged for each hotel and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property unless handed in for safe keeping.
All guests must leave their room(s) clean and tidy as they found them upon arrival, any damages to your accommodation must be paid for. Also, please avoid undue noise which may disturb other guests.
Please inform the management or staff at any accommodation of any breakages, soiling or any other damage to equipment etc. so the repairs and or replacements can be undertaken without delay. Any damages must be paid for. Visitors must check their room(s) on arrival to ensure that all furniture, equipment, etc. is in an undamaged state and any damage must be notified to the Management within one hour of your arrival, otherwise the visitor must accept full responsibility for any damages subsequently discovered.
It is important to notify us if you intend to arrive later than 6pm. The accommodation will be re-let if no notification has been made by 6pm on the arrival day.
The management of your accommodation reserves the right to cancel your reservation with no refund at all, if at any time, in their opinion, the behavior of a visitor and his guests is such that the comfort of others is interfered with or the visitor and his guests is otherwise creating unacceptable difficulties for the Management.
It is unwise to allow children to play on the stairs, corridors etc. Children must not be left unattended or without proper supervision at any time.
Rooms will be available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Early check in, late check out will be available at an additional cost at some accommodation providers.

Group / Party Bookings
Some accommodation providers may require a bond from group bookings. This is payable upon arrival and returned on your departure if everything is as you found it. Credit Card details held on file can be used if any damage is caused.
On large parties, it may be necessary to put same gender in double rooms.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. You’ve placed your trust in us by using our services and we value that trust. That means we’re committed to protecting and safeguarding any personal data you give us. Any personal data received by ourselves will never be sold to a 3rd party and only be used for marketing purposes within our own company. Please advise us if you do not wish to receive any marketing promotions from ourselves and we will remove you from our databases.
